The Miami Hill runs into Burleigh Headland, which then fades all the way down towards Coolangatta. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s “mid-morning” on the Gold Coast, which really means about 8am. Coffees are in hand, the sun is already warm and the day is already moving.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI kept the palette simple. Sand, cream and beige with little hits of yellow inspired from the Holliday umbrellas. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe closer you get to the piece, the more the small details come to life and you are immersed in a little world. At the waterline, two surfers pausing mid-conversation before heading out, while another comes in from the surf in the distance.
